Job: Marketing and Communication Junior Associate at BasiGo
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Content Creation and Copywriting: Craft, edit, and proofread engaging content for internal and external channels, including newsletters, articles, reports, and social media posts.
- Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media strategies to boost BasiGo’s online visibility. Manage and regularly update social media platforms.
- Community Management: Engage with and manage BasiGo’s online community, addressing inquiries and fostering positive interactions.
- Event Support Assist in organizing and promoting events, conferences, and marketing activities.
- Communication Strategies: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Communication to design and implement campaigns promoting BasiGo’s initiatives.
- Media Relations: Maintain relationships with media outlets, pitch stories, and respond to press inquiries.
- Project Management: Execute communication projects, ensuring deadlines are met with high-quality results.
- Reporting: Produce reports on communication activities and analyze the success of campaigns and strategies.
- Other Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Communication and Marketing.
The Ideal Candidate would have:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. PRSK membership with up-to-date certification.
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations; agency experience is a plus.
Experience in a diverse and inclusive work environment and the ability to adapt to change and contribute innovative ideas.
